Huawei is one of those Chinese manufacturers of smartphones that have proved to be premium manufacturers because their high end product and the affordable price range tags. And one of the similar solutions Huawei launched last year so called Huawei Ascend Mate 7.

The new device Huawei Ascend Mate 7 is powered with the pretty good configuration that include the chipset carrying octa-core processor arranged in the big-little configuration as seen the Samsung Exynos Octa-Core chipset. And yes this chipset is responsible for the energy efficient and better performance. Moreover, Huawei has powered the device with 3GB of RAM, however in 16GB version you would only get 2GB RAM.

The design is premium; Huawei Ascend Mate 7 has build in finger print sensor but the review of this sensor is not impressive as of Note 4 or iPhone 5S. And in software part, it runs on Android 4.4.4 and EMUI shell. But in EMUI can note a number of very thoughtful details. Notification Center is not just lists all the news and messages, but sorts them in chronological order. If you are uncomfortable to manage large smartphone with your fingers, you can use a variety of gestures – a revolution of smartphone mutes the call, the rise is equivalent to answer the call using the tilt can move the icons and widgets and so on. Huawei also nominally added several applications, including a variety of games, plus a program of support calls, which will allow users to quickly find answers to questions and solve problems.

In the main camera Ascend Mate 7 do not have any striking advantages. We get a customary BSI sensor 13 megapixels, supplemented by LED-flash and autofocus – no optical image stabilization. But the camera application is equipped with better features; it does have a lot of options. The user can control various settings of the camera, for example, ISO or white balance, as well as to establish multiple shooting modes, including HDR and panorama. In a separate section you can turn change the focus point after shooting. In this case, the camera will take a few sets of pictures. The software then calculates the point of focus, but the image quality will be sufficient only for viewing on your phone.

The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 is already a record setter ever launched by Huawei and more to be discover from the Huawei in the mid of 2015. And yes we could have something special and unbeatable which would force the competition pressure on upcoming flagship killers like Galaxy Note 5, iPhone 6S or Xperia Z4.
